Sundance Spas Pump Seal Assembly for Theramax, Theraflo Pump, Viton

Pump Seal Used In Sundance® Spas Theramax 1.5, 2.0 (06/2003) and 2.5hp Pumps and 2.0 HP Pump

This is a Viton Seal, not a standard seal. Viton Seals are used in harsh conditions with salt and ozone systems. More expensive, but last a lot longer!

They only Work on what is pictured in Related Products
Used on the following Sundance/Jacuzzi Spa Pumps*:

• 2.0 and 2.5 HP Theramax Pumps after 06/2003 - 04/2009. Not compatible to pumps after 04/2000
• Used on 6500-254, 6500-260, 6500-261, 6500-263, 6500-268, 6500-763, 6500-761, 6500-754, 6500-768, 6500-760, 6500-341, 6500-343, 6500-345, 6500-347, 6500-349 2.5 Hp Theramax/Theraflo Pumps. Also used on 6500-258, 6500-259, 6500-293 1 1/2 Hp Theramax/Theraflo pumps.
• DOES NOT FIT any of the 1998-1999 Theramax/AquaFlo pumps. They use a 6500-447 Seal. This was an Aquaflo "XP" Series Pump in 1997-1998 (some 1999 also).
• Not used on the 2.0 HP Pump from 1999-06/2003 (see 6500-281) Also used on 1.5 HP Pump. Shaft Seal is for 0.75 Diameter Shaft.

Important!* On rare occasion a pump may have a different wetend design not made by Sundance (such as AquaFlo). These wetends are not compatible with parts listed in Sundance's parts list and must use different seal and other components. Please email Technical Assistance with pictures of the pump, pump ID plate and Wetend so we may help you identify the correct seal needed.
