Sundance® SpasTheraMax /Aquaflo Pump 2005-2009 One Speed

Complete pump comes with the Aquaflo Wet End and Motor. Replacement for the original (Sundance no longer sells this pump, they use a Chinese manufactured pump). Comes with the Motor Bracket welded on to the motor (as shown), no power cord. Wiring schematics on the side of the motor.

The motor used on this pump was a 05225427-2 or 05225428-2 Theramax II. 230 Volts SF Amps: 12.0, Frame 56Y
Note that the 6540-171 Pump Barb will take the place of the drain plug. The original from Sundance® Spas had 2 drain plugs (they no longer carry the complete pump), the new one comes with one drain plug, you would use the one.

How to Determine Spa Plumbing Size

Pump plumbing sizes are nominal, and not actual outside diameter (OD) of the threaded intake and/or discharge. Use a tape measure and check your old pump thread size against the sizing table
