Complete Pump Replacement for the 6500-902 Sundance® Spas Pump 1 Speed 230 Volt TheraMax/Aquaflo Pump 2005-2009
Complete pump comes with the Aquaflo Wet End and US Motor. Replacement for the original. Comes with one drain plug on Volute housing (Sundance had 2) Use the 1 drain plug for installation of the 6540-171 Hose Barb (sold separately)
With the Motor Bracket, no power cord.
The motor used on this pump was a 05225427-2 Theramax II. 
The current part number we use is a
K63MWENE-4731. 230 Volts SF Amps: 12.0, Frame 56Y
Note that the 6540-171 Pump Barb will take the place of the drain plug. The original from Sundance had 2 drain plugs (they no longer carry the complete pump), the new one comes with one drain plug, you would use the one.

How to Determine Spa Plumbing Size

Pump plumbing sizes are nominal, and not actual outside diameter (OD) of the threaded intake and/or discharge. Use a tape measure and check your old pump thread size against the sizing table
