Sundance® /Jacuzzi ® TheraMax/Aquaflo Pump 2005-2009 6500-903 One Speed Spa Pump
Uses wet end 91041940-000 and motor BN237

Complete pump comes with the Aquaflo Wet End and a US motor. Direct Replacement for the original. Comes with the Motor Bracket, no power cord.
The motor used on this pump had various part numbers:  05225427-2, 05225980-2 Theramax II
The current part number we use is a
K63MWENE-4731. 230 Volts SF Amps: 12.0, Frame 56Y
Note that the 6540-171 Pump Barb will take the place of the drain plug. The original from Sundance had 2 drain plugs (they no longer carry the complete pump), the new one comes with one drain plug, you would use the one.

How to Determine Spa Plumbing Size

Pump plumbing sizes are nominal, and not actual outside diameter (OD) of the threaded intake and/or discharge. Use a tape measure and check your old pump thread size against the sizing table
